Opening a claim
Report a problem with an item you received and choose a resolution.
If an item arrives with a problem, you can open a claim on that specific item. Submitting the claim also confirms delivery, the same way publishing feedback does. You do not have to confirm delivery first.
- Open the order and choose the item with the problem.
- Pick the problem type and the resolution you want: refund, return, or a partial resolution.
- Submit — the seller is notified and can respond.
On a trade, either party can open a claim on the card they received — including after a 2-star or 3-star review. That claim does not unwind the other card.
