Cross-border logistics
International shipments within and outside the EU must comply with customs declarations and prohibited-item rules. Buyers are responsible for import fees unless the listing states they are included.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, open a transaction claim promptly with photos and tracking evidence. We will mediate between buyer and seller according to our dispute process.
