By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and not engage in fraud, counterfeiting, or abusive behaviour. Listings must describe items honestly.
Fees and eligibility
Fees, commissions, and payout schedules are disclosed before you complete a transaction. You must be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to buy or sell on ETCH.
Limitation of liability
ETCH facilitates transactions between users. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages arising from our breach of these terms, excluding force majeure and third-party conduct.
