Leaving feedback

Rate a transaction and understand the feedback window.

Feedback builds trust on the marketplace. You can leave feedback for a limited window after delivery. Other members can open your name to see the reviews you received as a seller and as a buyer.

  • The feedback window is 14 days from delivery; where delivery data is available, the order shows the last day you can leave feedback.
  • Positive feedback can also close the claim window on an order.
