Leaving feedback
Rate a transaction and understand the feedback window.
Feedback builds trust on the marketplace. You can leave feedback for a limited window after delivery. Other members can open your name to see the reviews you received as a seller and as a buyer.
- The feedback window is 14 days from delivery; where delivery data is available, the order shows the last day you can leave feedback.
- On a trade, you can leave a review as soon as your incoming card is shipped — you do not need to tap Confirm first, and you do not wait for the other parcel. A 4–5 star review also transfers that card. A review is optional and does not close the order by itself.
- Positive feedback can also close the claim window on an order.
