Claim outcomes: who decides
Understand when the buyer decides and when the platform reviews.
Different claim types are resolved differently, and the interface tells you who makes the next decision.
- Primary claim — the seller can dispute without offering a refund, and the buyer makes the final decision (this is not platform mediation).
- Return-intake dispute — after a returned item is inspected, the platform reviews the dispute; both sides can add evidence and the refund may pause.
