Why a payout is on hold
Reasons a payout can be delayed and what you can do about it.
There is no instant-release promise. A payout can be held while conditions are pending, and each state is explained in plain language on the payout panel.
- Delivery wait — waiting for the order to be delivered/confirmed.
- Feedback window — a short period after delivery.
- Dispute — an open claim or return on the order.
- Verification or a manual hold placed by the platform (with a reason and audit trail).
If a payout stays blocked and you can't tell why, use the support path from the payout panel.
