Grading pre-check
Estimate a raw card’s condition from photos before you send it for grading.
Grading pre-check is a Platinum tool. It does not identify the card and it is not a PSA grade — it estimates condition from photos you already have.
- Start from a card in your collection, or open Grading pre-check and pick a raw card.
- Assign a front and back photo. You can reuse photos already on the card, or take new ones.
- Optional: pick untagged gallery photos and mark them as corners for higher confidence.
- Tap Start pre-check. The report shows confidence A–D, a PSA estimate, five condition scores, and a centering ratio when the front photo has a visible inner frame.
Without corner photos, confidence cannot be higher than C. Centering is measured from the front photo when we can straighten it and see a border — otherwise the report says it cannot measure. This is still an estimate, never a grading-company result. Prices by grade are not available yet. A monthly quota applies (20 on Platinum for now).
